At Fire 'n' Ice Heating & Cooling Inc., we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. We are thrilled to announce that, for the second year in a row, we are the title sponsor of the Westmont Police Special Olympics Golf Fundraiser! This fantastic event brings together local residents, businesses, and Special Olympics athletes to support an incredible cause.

A Day of Fun, Golf, and Giving Back

The Westmont Police Department is excited to host the 2nd Annual Special Olympics of Illinois Golf Fundraiser. Up to 144 golfers will participate in this fun, activity-filled event, along with police personnel and local Special Olympics athletes. The outing promises a great day on the greens, filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and the shared goal of supporting Special Olympics Illinois.

Making a Difference, One Swing at a Time

All proceeds from the outing will benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run Fundraiser for Special Olympics Illinois. This year, our goal is to surpass last year’s record amount and give Special Olympics athletes the ability to reach their dreams. In 2023, the Westmont Police Department raised over $45,000 for the Torch Run. With your support, we hope to increase that contribution and continue to make a significant impact on the lives of these extraordinary athletes.

Strong Communities Are Built Through Strong Partnerships

The Law Enforcement Torch Run® is the largest year-round fundraiser for Special Olympics. Known as Guardians of the Flame, law enforcement members and Special Olympics athletes carry the Flame of Hope into the Opening Ceremony of local competitions and into Special Olympics State, Provincial, National, Regional, and World Games. We have two simple goals: to raise money and to gain awareness for athletes who participate in Special Olympics Illinois.
